I don't understand why they plan to kill Caroline. Why not use her as leverage? They want to keep Elena safe, not make him hate them more than anything.
How is killing Caroline a good idea?
Klaus is an enemy yes, but there is no burning hatred. Didn't they learn from Katherine's story? The girl has been running for over 500 years for angering him. What do they expect will happen to them if they gain his eternal hatred?
Is there a special plan involving her death, like a witchy ritual or sth? Because if it's not the case, other than making him loose it big time (and that's bad), there is nothing to gain with her death
So si don't get it...

Great chapter! I hope Rebekah won't go against Caroline and Klaus, or at least Caroline and won't trust the MF gang. If love to see her play them by pretending to be on their side. They've played her so many times on the actual show it would be deserved.

The plan seems a little iffy. They are doing a lot when Klaus doesn't know Elena is alive, granted he does plan on coming back to MF even if they don't know it. Why do they want to kill Caroline though? Just to anger Klaus? It will make him kill them all. I'm really liking the story.

So excited to read an update of this so quickly! It's getting really exciting and suspenseful. I am fully team Klaroline and I am worried that something will happen to either one of them, I really hope they prevail and end up happy! I want them to win and the mystic misfits to fail epically. I hope Rebekah just goes along to find out the plan but is really on Klaus and Caroline's side. Any chance Caroline will regain some sanity?

PS: I hope Caroline turns into a bad ass original vampire plzzz I hate seeing her as an easy target. I feel like they always underestimate her on the show. But I think she IS one of the strongest person/vampire on the show :) I really hopes she shows them also I have always loved the Rebeka and Caroline friendship dynamic. I reaaally hope that also happens.

So nice to see this updated! I'm a big Buffy the Vampire Slayer fan so I love your inspiration. I do hope that Klaroline end up more successful and happier than Spike and Dru! I really want the Mystic Falls misfits to lose...like Caroline figures out they are trying to kill her and Klaus, she she wrecks them all. I'd love Caroline to regain some sanity and she and Klaus get to enjoy their love and relationship in a more fulfilling way.
