Do you do prompts? Its okay if you don't want to or don't have time, but here it is if you do: a short fic (3-5 chapters) about just Athos and Aramis, where they are out riding, and Aramis is shot (you know, somewhere pretty important), falls off his horse and down a steep incline, and how Athos deals with not being able to do anything but wait for porthos to come find them.A simple character study of the two of them, and this is just an idea, but I've always felt like Athos has control problems, like he likes being able to fix things, so this could open up some things for his character. Okay, I know that's an incredibly detailed prompt, so feel free to mess with it, change things a little if you do it, and all that. Thanks!

I love this chapter! You've scared me with Athos' nighmare. My first thought was that it was not a night mare and Savoy but another winter massacre with dead Aramis. Especially when Athos omitted Aramis room because he'll never find him I was close to tears as I thought he had a nightmare which was a memory of things he witnessed.
Only when he found his brothers alive and well I started to breath. I loved the description of Aramis and Porthos sleeping together. Aramis' reactions to Athos were so cute! I loved Porthos mindfulness!
