That was painful to read. Red and Lizzie had kind of an irreplaceable trust and connection between them and to read about it being broken so solidly by an outside force his heartbreaking. I hope they can fix it.

ONE thread to pull...I LOOOOOOVE it. No matter how much I read it or watch it, I'll never be bored with Red going to "get her back." I could pick apart that choice of phrase for days. Get her back. Back. Having something returned that was TAKEN from you. Ahhh...the feels.

So, I avoided this for the longest time because I thought it would upset me (you know, fluffy me) but it's so artfully done, so poetically written that the angst is there but the flow pulls you along smoothly. I'm definitely there with the terror they are both feeling and especially love lines like "he just had to keep moving, keep talking, keep doing. Money, threats, men..." Okay, I'm in. Sorry it took me so long.

There is only so much the brain can take before it breaks. ...Liz has been broken...
