lol this was a cute little drabble. i can kind of picture dumbles talking to little harry like that, kind of to ease his own mind a little or maybe to just have someone to say it all out loud to. i hope he doesn't think little harry really understood or remembered. dumbles first line seems a little off to me, a liittle un-dubmly but other than that I've got no complaints. little harry's 'reactions' were cute. i hope you had a good holiday and birthday. :)

Happy birthday Lumos! Sorry I'm a little late!
This was a short but sweet story, with just the right amount of description to orientate the reader. I really feel like clipping Dumbledore around the ear now, then offering him a jellybean cause I feel guilty, but I mean, c'mon, Harry was an infant! It seems like such a devious thing for him to do.
Actually, I felt kind of sad reading this in a way. With the way you wrote Dumbledore, it almost seemed like he was talking to Harry, knowing he wouldn't understand, as some sort of way to allieve himself of James' and Lily's deaths (that is, he went to the practical talk to distract himself)... Well, at least that's what I got out of it anyway lol
