You had a wonderful start and only updated a year later. But I simply love this chapter. Violet was so well written. Her conversations with Robert, Matthew were so real. Then were the twins Matthew's? Please please update soon. You can't drop this amazing story.

So happy to see the update as this is divine. Mary and Richard married and soon to return to Downton with twins, one of whom favors Cousin Matthew. What could go wrong there?

Loving the witty, often snarky, dialogue. Alicia is an interesting character but it's good to know that there'll be a HEA for Mary & Matthew.

If Mary has proof of Richard's affairs, would a divorce be possible in 1925? But that might be an easy solution for the complex plot you're developing.

Hoping for faster updates as this has me so intrigued but thanks so much for continuing. Well done!

I am very very intrigued, especially when you say that this will eventually be M/M... I wonder how they will find their way back to each other. I hope Alicia won't have romantic designs on Matthew, or vice versa!

Oh I hope next time is soon! So are those children Matthew's? I hope so. What is Collet planning? What about Alicia? I wouldn't want her to get stuck with Carlisle

So Alicia married the not roo much of a ladies man, the Duke of Crownbrough? Did they have kids because if not wouldn't she be thrown out for the next heir? Poor Matthew having to watch Mary marry Carlisle.

Well well... please keep writing this; it's witty, intriguing, and want to see how Matthew crawls out from under his alcoholic rock, and what Mary does to send her philandering husband packing when she has ties to him in the form of the children... not to mention what Violet's role might be in all this (and Alicia's)!
