Hey there, I like the character and your writing is of good quality. The way the story is progressing is flawed though. While you have a good character, there is nothing that really makes him different to artemis. He adds nothing new to the existing story. Because you dont let his presence change anything in the show, it feels like he is absolutely useless in all missions. He has done nothing new and is nobody special.
Sorry if this review is a little one-sided but I would really like to see this story thrive. Dont try to stick to canon, be creative.

Da'www, thank you! And yes, I'm really enjoying this fic. It's not always we get to see male ocs as cool and sweet as Apollo. I really like him. He's well thought out and the little sibling fluff you add is so cute! Also, I'm on laptop today so you'll probs getta bit longer review than usual XD

I laughed so hard in the starting of the chapter when Apollo asked for Artemis to close the curtains. Hahaha, it was funny and later on how he's wearing all green and everything ('cuz that was so Artemis) was good too! And when they hugged... so CUTE! I demand more sibling fluff from you. Add in as much as you can! Fluff is always great to read~

And I can't wait to see how Apollo is gonna tease Artemis about ally later too since Artemis is so clearly in denial. By the way, is Apollo going to be shipped with anyone maybe? He's gotta good friendship going on with Mg'ann and the only girls left are Zatanna and Raquel, and I'm pretty excited to see him shipped with any one of them :D

Cute, although if you haven't written honefront yet I have a request? Can Apollo be one of those down/captured? Or work it do Artemis is still the last one standing. It would be a cute chance to show off some twin peotectiveness I'm sure is there. I imagine they'd both be worried About each other, and it would actually make sense because he would get out of school before her and Robin.
