I like the progression of the story but the fact that Edward remained a Major even after the promise day situation doesn't make sense to me. After everything he's accomplished and especially 5 years after the big event, I'm fairly sure anyone with a brain would upgrade him to a higher status? Lols, I know this is just a small fact of the story, but it sort of bothers me, especially since Mustang is already a General in this fanfic.

I hope Riza doesn't hate Ed... she was being so hateful towards him.

AWWW such a good ending... I really liked this fic. It's got a nice and open ending, and I think that's important. :) I really like how you write the characters, and how you matured Ed and Al. :)

I don't think Riza would actually be that illogical regarding Roy... She's a bit more mature than trying to compete with someone who is obviously doing more for him, and obviously is also helping her at the same time, she could really show a bit more appreciation lol.
Although I've got to say, the fact that Roy still doesn't know about his feelings this far in Fo the story is pretty sad... Feel really bad for Edward having to endure so much, if only someone called Al too so he could rush over and help everyone out ;)
