Dumbledore would never have written a letter like that with so much detail, and even mentioning Petunia's jealousy. You got that entire part wrong, no matter if this is fanfiction or not. Everything leading up to Harry being transported to Middle Earth was canon, so that letter would have been canon, which you most certainly did not adhere to. Sorry, I'm very passionate about this stuff.

I presume that at the end of this chapter Ginny attempted a wandless apparition or they were called back to earth. Hopefully they did, because I think they weren't going to find anything about how to go back by going around middle earth.

Hello writer, I totally agree that it should be M. If we are strict with the guidelines, this does contain sexual themes and violence. Many teens might be accessing material that is more intense at their age, but strictly speaking, this story is M, argurably E (explicit) for the violence.

Harry is knocked out and defeated yet again. How many times has that happened? He needs a lot more victories under his belt and less narrative trickery, especially when it's being used as a fade to black way to end chapters.

You've suggested that Ginny has been teaching Harry his old homeworld's magic. Has she not taught him any useful combat magic yet? They're in a very dangerous world, enemies all around, no one around to help them but each other. Given the war torn world Ginny came from, you'd think she'd have a lot of deadly combat magic to teach him, including the Patronus which would be useful against a ring wraith.

I think you'd get a lot more traction out of the idea of Harry absorbing the magical knowledge and abilities from the horcrux in his scar. It'd speed up his development and allow him to be much more effective in both worlds.

Curious to see where things go from here.
