Reveille chapter 30 . 5/14/2018
What an amazing fic! I couldn't put it down once I started reading. I love Jo and the humor she brings to every situation. I also adore your writing style and I find it brings so much life to the world and the characters. I also appreciate how you portray the already existing characters in the Jurassic World universe. Thank you for blessing us with this amazing piece of writing.
Madame Director chapter 8 . 3/26/2017
I'm glad I'm not the only one who would climb Chris Pratt like a tree given the opportunity and invitation. The tension is killing me in the best of ways, can't wait to read the rest of the series.

I'm sure I'm not really qualified to give constructive criticisms, but I do have something to say about how you ended the story...

You've built this whole (wonderful) story around Jo and her roll at Jurassic World; navigating a relationship with Owen, infiltrating InGen, working under Simon and dealing with trials from her past, but the ending feels like you wrapped everything up without giving us readers any answers. Jo and Owen end up together (huzzah) and she manages to deal with her issues (yay) but nothing is done about the information she gathered about IRex and the velociraptors. If you ask me, putting her through an accident that ended with slight amnesia, seemed like the lazy way out, honestly. It gives us no closure, no way to root for the characters overcoming the bad guys. I feel like there are missing chapters at the end. The only way you redeemed yourself on that one, was the fact that you are planning on doing a sequel. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely loved the story, but the end made me feel a little annoyed and frustrated, rather than bittersweet an excited.

I find endings difficult, especially in fanfiction. If you read my last two completed stories, you'd understand. They both suffer from a bad climax, big time. So, this is purely just a bit of constructive criticism and something to look out for in the sequel. There's a few other things; some inconsistencies, grammatical errors and cliches but other reviewers have pointed them out so I wont bother.

On the other hand, this story was such a fun, quick read. The dialog was super entertaining. Jo was a hoot. I usually get tired of first person perspective, but reading Jo saying everything I wish I could say in real life was very refreshing. I love the dynamic between her and Owen; that is where you really kept your readers on their toes. As someone else probably mentioned, you wrote Claire in a very well rounded and believable way and not as the big bag wolf of the story. Again, refreshing. I was also glad to see that this story was a reasonable 30 chapters. This is probably a weird compliment, but some of these OC stories drag on for 50 and 60 and 70 chapters. You created a story, fleshed it out, and moved on. Perfect.

Don't take the criticism too seriously, just something for you to think about. I really did love the story. Helped passed the time while I laied on the couch sick, so thank you for that!

Okay, I know that this story is finished but I have to let you know how completely in love with this story, your writing, Jo, Owen (who isn't?), Jo AND Owen together, and this story (did I already mention that? Whoops, but it needed to be said again).

Seriously, I read this entire story in about a day, I could not put my phone down (good example I just finished this story and started this review at 6:40 in the morning). You made me smile, giggle like a damn school girl, fall in love with Jo, fall in love with Owen and Barry and Lowery, hate Jo and Owen for the things they did or said and than fall in love with them all over again, and you made me cry. You made me cry so damn much because of how tragic Jo's upbringing was and yet she was still able to find love and happiness and home in Owen and that gave me so much hope for myself (not that I had an upbringing anywhere like Jo's (seriously, polar opposite of her)).

I'm struggling here to properly express how much I love this story and your writing and Jo, but I just want you to know that I do and I can't wait to read the Owen POV story and the Jurassic World story. Thank you so much for creating such an amazing character in Jo and an amazing, well written and planned out (intentionally or unintentionally, whatever the case may be) story. It's such a rare treat to find a story as engaging and lovely as this one was and I'm so happy to have stumbled upon it. Thank you so much! :)

Demonic girl111 chapter 30 . 11/30/2016
I LOVE THIS STORY SO MUCH UTS MAKING ME CRY! Author-San you're a phenomenal writer, and very detailed - you had me convinced that she actually had been an FBI agent and in the army and not many writers can convince me of complicated topics such as that - I just adored this story so much and I want to say thank you for sharing this wonderful story and Jo's life with us. I'll be right onto the sequel and Owen's POV.

Infinite Possibilites chapter 6 . 11/29/2016
This is one of the best stories I've read on here. The best Jurassic Park one I've read for sure. I love your characterization of Jo and her interactions with Owen. I'm excited to read the rest of the story!
BrittWitt16 chapter 30 . 10/21/2016
Well I have to get up for work in about three hours, but this was well worth the read! I absolutely adore the way you paint Owen, and Jo is an incredible character. I love her sarcasm and all the witty lines she has, and how obvious it is that wit is covering up her years of trauma. Also, you never push that aside. You always treat her issues reasonably and realistically, which is something I completely admire. My own premise for an Owen/OC fic was pretty damn similar, but I feel pretty sated after reading this lol! I love their relationship, and Owen's patience, and I'm glad Jo is starting to let her barriers down for him. VERY excited to ready the next installment (though probably tomorrow or the next day when I'm a little more well rested!) Thank you for taking my mind off the horror movie I watched today, and I'm sure you'll see more of me soon!
