The core idea here is entertaining enough, but this story is in desperate need of proofreading. There are missing words, changes in tense without explanation, and other technical issues. It is so severe that it makes it difficult to read. In addition, a beta will likely be able to help you pace things so that the story flows better.

Here's some ideas for you on writing this story with magical terms.

I can see that Hogwarts style of magic is easier to learn but not directly as powerful as Skyrim's.
With a wand you use less of your magika reserves, allowing for more spells to be used, but they are not as strong as they would be without a wand. Skyrim's style comes from the direct source of magical plain. I can also see that these two types of magika are very different.
Adraxian wouldn't lose his magic to the cup, due to the fact he uses a different kind of magic all together. However, I'm better another will for entering him as the cup, unable to get his, would go for the person who entered him, begin that magical artifacts don't see people but rather magical auras.
In Hogwarts they are taught rules on how things should go, in Skyrim magic has no rules it just is, which is why necromancers and soul magics exist, there are no bounds other than a persons morals. Thus I could see Adraxian getting annoyed with how 'rigged' and 'controlling' this magic. Stating they place rules on it when magic really has no rules. He could also find incantations to be stupid as in Skyrim you can't shout a spell to alert your attacker, it just is.

That would be my take anyway. Also I could see Dumbledork as a controlling character who is used to his power seat, but not evil or dark, just used to getting his way. And 'I Flea From Death' being burn up when he gets Adraxian blood in his system as his magical body can't handle the blood of a dragon, that would be funny. XD

Alright now I just want Adraxian to just go full Dovah on Albus 'too-many-names' Dumbledore and show him the might of a dragon! That headmaster needs to be put in his place for thinking he can do as he pleases to a dragonborn! In my RP's in Skyrim, I play a assassin thief, bow and arrows with light armor, and some one handed dagger training. By this point I can pretty much open any lock and hide in plain sight. My character gives no shits and takes what they please. They would gladly show the might of a dragonborn by bending the trees of the forest to show they don't mess around.
