Huh. Loved the story, but the ending felt cliff hanger-ish. What did Sephiroth mean by 'inner voice'? What about the reunion between those five? I'd really like to see this story finished.

I seem to remember a few scenes that are now missing, but the ending definitely makes up for that. Far too few of the really great stories ever get closure, most just taper off...

Shoot, so this was the trap. Dang, poor Cloud it feels like the gods set him up for this.

Oh, danger bells with Sephiroth, and things were looking so promising.

I like the ending you put in here, though a better explanation for what he did to jenova, his sacrifice(death?) And his reappearance would be nice.

I really liked how you begin this chapter while talking about about the passed and cloud's old foyballs. And than tying it back with current events.

We get to meet JENOVA face to face. For a horrid few moments I though he was going to fall for her enticements. God thing Bast was there, wonder what she thinks of Seohiroth?

Cool trick Bast performed, though I wonder about the mechaniscs of it. At first I had the wild idea that Bast was in league with Shelke and somehow managed to get Cloud to open his mind enough for her to posess him while performing the synaptic net dive. But maybe that was a bitt too crazy. IT was also funny thinking that the infiltrator Cloud was sitting, compleatly clueless infornt of a computer and having a cat walk him through hacking it.

Red XIII! hope we get to see bothe he and Bast again.

The encounter between Sephiroth and Cloud was really nice. For a moment I was affraid that it would turn sour, but I was really happy when it didn't. And so typical for Sephiroth to actually take some stock in what Cloud was saying. I think few others would have believed so readily.

Aaaand finally Cloud begins to doubt Shinra. To be hones I think that you did a really good job of portraying Shinra as how Cloud might have, an organisation, though perhaps not entirely benevolent would not stoop to inhumanly lows.
