A cool story! Great job!

I sort of understand what happened but the end of chapter 9 was a bit confusing tbh. But I liked it. I mean, the descriptions sometimes were fantastic and other times they were just... not as great. The plot was simple but good but that last part and the pearl could've been explained better. Plus all that point of view changes in the 8th?/9th were a bit confusing as well.

But it's a pretty good story. I' glad it wasn't another one of those when Kid rapes the girl and eventually she falls in love with him like for fuck's sake in what world would that happen?

I love this story so much, Kidd is my favourite by far and I rarely read a good fic about him. Well done, i cant wait to read the next chapter and see where the story goes.
