There is the "Ocean's Radiance" with an SI-OC as a daughter of Apollo. She actually is learning more combatant powers of Apollo. Like making things out of light and it is hinted that she will learn more about plagues then healing.

And on AO3 there is "mortals and divine intervention" an SI-OC as a clear-sighted mortal that is a descendant of Cassetopia that becomes an Oracle of Apollo.
