I agree with some previous reviews. This Spiderman is whiny and kinda has a stick up his ass at points. Things are very cliché and often unrealistic, however the ideas are there. I applaud you for your effort and advanced writing. Also, it doesn't feel like New York, I understand if you're not from there, but it's not even American. It's obvious you're not American, but it's not in tune with the original franchise.

Ok, ok, ok. Listen buddy. I have nothing against you or this great fic. But. Get this. Get this please. This Spider-man is a freaking sissy. I have carried this with me for almost a full year. That's right, I think about this fic from time to time and have kept this inside me for a long time. Look, I get the idea of this: Spider-Man gets hurt, New Yorkers heal him, etc etc. But I just think you took this a liiittle too far. Ok, maybe more than just a little. This Peter Parker bruises like a grape. Take this chapter, for example- Spider-Man was a retarded arachnid. His spider-sense warned him of impending danger (a.k.a speeding chick in a car) but he was too lazy to move and as a result got hit by a car and also got run over. I get it. We all have those days. But he broke a few ribs, dislocated his leg, had breathing problems and whatnot, and was THIS close to passing out. I'd totally believe this if Spidey was a normal human. But thing is, he's not. I have screamed both internally and externally due to this. This chapter has stuck in my mind for months and I simply cannot keep quiet about this any longer. This spider can get thrown through a freaking building and takes a constant beating from supervillains on a regular basis. You're telling me- Spider-Man can get run over by a Rhino multiple times as well as get punched by the hulk and get back up- but cannot, for the life of him, stand up after a car crash. This dude gets tons of stone dropped on him at super sonic speeds but gets hit by a car and suddenly he's as vulnerable as a turtle flipped upside down. Ranting, ok. Sorry. Just been wanting to get this off my chest. Please watch "1967 Spider-Man gets his ass kicked a lot" on YouTube. Also I did some research; Spidey can take on multiple cars. This is also shown on every Spider-man movie ever: where this sicko throws cars at every breathing thing and Spidey catches it mid-air. What about that famous train scene? Where he stopped (Thomas XD) the train from falling into a body of water and saved everyone. All in all, great fic. Loved it. Have always felt like spidey needs more love. I must say, good job.

Good stories but I think it's for the best you ended it where you did. Only so many times he can be patched up and fed by strangers.
