That's odd that they ran out of room. There should have been plenty of room due to the numerous families wiped out by the War. The Baby Boom should be 2 years below Harry. There is also the fact that Hogwarts had never reached full capacity before so it seems odd that it has now what with all the Wizarding Wars that have occurred over the years.
