This was awesome. My heart was breaking for Bella through the whole story. How could it be anyone else? New girl in the middle of junior year, works at Newton’s, cooks for her dad. It seemed obvious it was Bella with the broken heart until the last chapter. It was great. Thanks so much for sharing.
I do think Angela’s friends should have been more sympathetic but this was from her POV so I’m sure she saw things her way. I do think I would have been devastated if my boyfriend broke up with me and all my friends went with him.

People are mean. Crap? No way! But this story does ring sad and true for many. I’m sure one of my girls is like this narrator. Not being able to let someone go who’s moved past you and then watching it play out like a reverse romantic comedy via Facebook...sad and true.

Well there you go...took us down the rabbit hole and I followed but knew that no well thought out Bella or Edward would have gotten to this point. Angela meets Ben and Edward must have met Bella but still...sucks. But the writing drew me in and I had to read to the end. Well done.

I feel for this girl and the two plus years she's watched this unfold before her eyes and had to wait to the very end to realize she needed to disconnect from him. It's sad and hurts my heart for her. But just getting her side leaves us thinking only her thoughts and that brings me anyway off balance.

Ok, so clearly this isn't Bella because well it just can't be. Even though it's awful being left behind like this but the girl did little to help herself and needs to move on.

This girl is needs to get this grieving done and move on, her friends have. I guess you can't blame the friends for Edward's sake but surely they aren't true friends of Bella's. I don't know what to think right now. I'm pretty upset and think there's more than we know of course. But how painful for this girl to go through this and then throw herself to someone and feel dirty about it.

This is so hard to read. Facebook sucks. And Bella, I'm assuming this is Bella, right? And even if it isn't and this new girl is Bella, then I'd still hate Edward. This girl needs to find a way to get her life in order and start living again. He isn't worth it, he doesn't want you...go girl, run toward a new life.

Bella has gotten so depressed over this breakup that she's lost her job and can't focus and still pinning away for a boy who's all nervous going on a date. The girl needs to write something on that post of his like are you going to find a meadow in Mass for your date and tell the girl to beware...

She should be going out and posting pictures of her on Facebook/j/s

He must know she can see what he posts on Facebook now and at the beginning. I would be stalking FB too but I sure as shit would be more open with my thoughts and feelings and not taking this doing nothing.

I want to shout at this girl and say at least ask his friends what they know and NOT keep assuming and play the lost little girl...She didn't even ask Jasper and Emmett and yet she said they were all close?!

The boy has told you he can't do this anymore and yet the poor girl takes what he gives and thinks he will change his mind, just like she thought that he might be there in the meadow to propose. Surely she can see the signs that something is breaking them apart. And if he says there isn't anyone else and she's seen him with that girl, she ought to be open about that and question him and not be in the dark one way or the other. Bella is frustrating me, but I do understand her too. Got to be something else then 'just' a girl making him break with him. And why would the dude do it at Christmas, asshole.
