Honestly, I can't get over your writing. It's so real and so true to the characters. I love how you explore Nick's world and mind, it's insane how much I can picture his character doing the things you write. I know it's been awhile and your most recently updated story is 'Hush' from a few months ago and you're busy, but this was amazing!

Great story, was that the end? It would be cool to see how nick would respond to finding out what paton did to Amanda, if he attacked Declan for thinking he hurt her I always wondered why he didn't seem more upset at Paton. Loved this story, hope you update soon.

The sex finally happened and It was adorable because Nick was really into it and even He thinks that he doesn't want an emotional ties or relationship but that is where this going. I am looking forward for the coming chapter, how they will continue this wrong act but seems right?

First, that was a very nice sex and i was very happy that finally Nick step up to the plate and command that he wants her. Second, i wish thing happen at SVU but you made it so real and i am down with it. Third, i love the after sex coz it was awkward for both despite Nick had the guts to stay focus on what he really wants and that it is to know amanda more, and i like when the 1st time they kiss AMARO was hesitant but this time its Amanda. Thou, she clearly said she wants it too, divine! hahahaha

At this point, I've completely forgotten that we never even got to see a Rollaro kiss on screen. I've firmly transplanted all of these scenes into the storyline in my mind and no one can convince me that they didn't happen. This is exactly how I imagine it going down between these two. A perfect mix of rough and loving, casual and caring, fun and meaningful. That's just how their relationship was (and why it worked, honestly). You said it well with that line, "It's not just a one night stand, but it's also not a promise of a future relationship"... even though I will never let go of my opinion that it could have been ;) Loved your little "port in the storm" reference. I also love that because this is from Nick's point of view, we get to see all those little moments of him observing Amanda's walls going up and down, and all those little realizations of her being unexpectedly vulnerable. It's very in-character and I love it.
