This is a wonderful story! I always lean towards the marriage law stories and this one is right on the mark. Keep up the writing.

No one living at Hogwarts can be affected by the law since all of them are residents of Scotland, not England.,,Fred and George can also move to Hogsmeade from Diagon Alley.

I read this all in one night and I really, really like it thus far. I think you’ve done a good job with the character development, and I loved seeing Hermione mourn the loss of her baby. I’m not sure about where you live, but where I am, miscarriage is rather a taboo subject. People don’t talk about it and a woman is supposed to just be okay after a week or so when one happens, especially if it’s early.

I must say, I find the story quite intriguing. I do wish it had a bit more happiness to it it seems quite sad. But I understand that once you have an idea in your head you can’t really change it. Muses are quite finicky that way. I am enjoying how it is a slow thing between our favorite couple. I hate the ones where there is a marriage law and then all the sudden they’re in love. So seeing it take time is nice. Keep up the great work. And I hope to see more from the story soon.

Gah! Babies really are healing little buggers! It takes some time to come out of it, and the man suffers as well. Just a touch less but they can and do still feel the loss keenly!

The guilt Severus feels must be unbearable, to have a possible cure come too late. It makes my heart hurt to think Hermione may blame him or herself even more for not being able to keep the pregnancy viable a little longer and make use of the cure.

As for your concern this may be too dark, I have hope sunshine isn't too far off or least there will be a parting of the clouds.

Was reading through your story and was wondering if you were of Sindhi descent. Your story seems to have elements of Sindhi culture in it. Sorry if I am wrong, I am not that culturally aware as I would like be.
