I actually did enjoy the story. It was a bit rough, a few errors sprinkled throughout it, but not terrible.

The challenge with writing in someone else’s world vs your own is that you have to explain your world. Or leave them to imagine and fill in gaps. Writing in someone else’s world means you tend to either describe everything aha, or suppose that your readers know what the character look like, what they wear, how they speak, etc.

Yours was an everyone knows certain things, and detailed others.
If I was putting an age range for readers for your writing, I would say children or young adult. Keep it simple, yet detailed, be explanatory, but don’t treat the readers like dummies. When I read the Harry Potter series at the dinner table when we had finished, before clearing up, we enjoyed the fact that we had to use a dictionary for some words. I didn’t know all the Britishisms. :) but the kids enjoyed the challenge.

Remember to write for fun, learn to take criticisms because a lot of people don’t know how to give good feedback. And most mean well. They just forget to tell you what they liked about it, they just want to help you fix it. Always remember to use a good spell and grammar checker. Have someone fact check for you and have someone watch for continuity. Remember Lockhart!
And most of all...have fun writing. Put your joy and laughter or tears, sighs and woes, then redemption, resolution and laughter. Love your characters. Give them a fun place to play, and write what they tell you they want to do in the world you gave them to play in.

Please explain WHY u think it necessary for us to have a detailed description of the insides of Draco's anus & consistency of Harry's semen? Much mindbleach and therapy will be needed after those nasty visuals.

Please don't fall into the trap of constantly repeating info known by heart to be in Potterverse (ex. the acceptance list, the hat's song etcetera). Borrowing some dialogue from the verse is perfectly fine, but if you are just regurgitating whole blocks of dialogue to fill in area's in your story there's really no point in reading it would just be like rereading one of Rowling's books w/ minor twists. If you can minimize Hermione's influence/contact with Harry and tone down her know-it-all'ness I think we could all do without it here. So far doing pretty good, thank-you for sharing your story with us.

Well, there is a bit confusing part in here.
When Harry first got to Gringott, they're already discussing about the Hocrux, but then in this chapter Griphook act like they have never spoke about it before and just found it after Harry left the bank.
And then about the Weasley, if I were Harry I would recognized the name that the money go to without my permission, and be wary of anyone with that surname. And Griphook too, didn't he knew about the transaction he showed to Harry? I mean you could just add the part where Griphook reassured Harry about Bill.
