Oh my glob! I really like this chapter! I love how you wrote Shanks character. I just think you should've written the part with the time skip and the flashback a little differently. The story at that particular part didn't really flow smoothly. It left me confused and I had to reread it a few times to fully understand the situation. Plus shouldn't there be a strong reaction to the crew finding out Ace's real name? Marco and Thatch practically shrugged it off. Isn't that supposed to be a sign that he seriously didn't trust them if Ace didn't even give them his real name? Other then that I think you did a good job with this chapter author-san!

Cn you do something about Luffy too? Since they both promised each other to be pirates why not make Luffy different too. Also if you take thid decision, can you make him a CP9 agent? Can you make the pairing Lucci x Luffy? I really like it.
