I think they should have been romantically paired on the show. The close connection between the two shows they are more than friends.

Off to a nice start

I actually thought from re-watching the episode "Breaking Glass" that Lily was in love with Emma, and I can clearly see how that'd occur: her seeing her as the light of her life and all that, due to Lily percieving Emma's goodness in her heart and the like. Is that where you saw it too, Miss? Just curious.
I do like this take on Lily, and the only thing I'd not likely enjoy is the way you rated this tale "smut", but that's a preference of mine to not enjoy that kind of thing- to preserve my ability to love for its own sake.
Fun relationship stuff, though, I like that.
