It's about time Thranduil let those two be back together! I was so mad at him and actually cried when I read that he demoted him and wouldn't let Legolas see him, when it wasn't even Melhonin's fault! I was like, "So, what's going to happen next? If the cook told Legolas not to touch the hot frying pan, is Thranduil going to have her flogged too because his son foolishly decided not to obey her, and ended up with a burned hand?" After what he did to Melhonin for an innocent accident, I wouldn't work for that guy no matter how much he offered to pay me! It was hard for me to read the parts with Tauriel and everything else because I didn't really want to read anything else until Thranduil made things right with Melhonin. I'm so glad Legolas didn't forget his good friend!
