Wow... just wow. I don't really know what to say ... i can't even find the words to describe this beautiful master piece and one word isn't even enough. The way you describe them and how they interact and fall in love with each other ...all of it is beautiful. I also love the way you write your fics as well ...it's like it brings you to reality yet at the same time it is full of such fantisies that makes want more of it and it's very unique. Love what u made here and what great talent you haveas well. Great job and thank you for writing fics like these. Lovino is not somewhat harsh or does not even use too much vulgar words and you did't even portrayed him badly too and as for Antonio, we wasn't even portrayed as the typical happy-go-lucky person that is always being describe to him but rather you described him so much more than that and you gave both of them so much character and im not saying that other fics are bad i just really want to say how i feel about this fics ans all your other fics as well:) You did a great job and im very impress with:) keep up the good work!

I wanted to post this review cause this story is so awesome, but I don't think any kind of review can do justice for this awesome work. it's just soo good. I actually got a new way of thinking from this. I don't think anyone can write as well as you do, but I'll check out spinyfruit's account just to be fair. GOOD LUCK WITH OTHER... THINGS!

I told myself I would read it in the morning but I could t help myself, and I'm glad I didn't. That was just beautiful, molto bene, fantastica.. Those words made me feel, emotionally as well as mentally , since I can place myself in Lovi's shoes. You are an amazing writer and I can only hope that you continue to write these undefinable works.

I- I just- How do I say this? I can't describe it. I could say that it's beautiful, or brilliant, or something like that, but they'd all be an understatement. This is my, what, third? Fourth? Time re-reading this, and it still hasn't lost it's charm, it's magic. I don't think it ever will. The descriptions are just so, completely, see-able (if that's even a word). The words are alive. You know that drink that Lovino had? The shy, blushing one? I felt like I could almost taste it, see it. I can't remember the last time something felt so real. Everything here just blows my mind.

I like how you showed that love doesn't solve everything. It's a happy ending, but it's not a fairy tale either.
you ever write a novel and publish it, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

I don't think I'll ever become this good, but I'll just have to keep doing my best and pushing my limits. Ciao~!

Anyway, I figured I should attempt to produce some kind of coherent review instead of a jumble of messages rambling about random things. It's only fair of me. :P (And having reread what I wrote, I can safely say that this is still just a random ramble. I am so tired. And so sorry.)

And, of course, something this lovely deserves that courtesy. First of all, the title and the story (well, stories, I suppose) that it refers to work so well for this piece. Not only do I love what you did with Alfie and Mattie there (heck, I *love* your Matthew in general here. He's so sweet and gentle and precious but retains that humorous snarky streak of his), but I love Antonio's story. Did you make that up? Because it's fantastic - and that is an understatement.

Speaking of understatements and other literary devices, your treatment of words and literature throughout just tickled my fancy in all the right ways (as did so many other little things in this fic - tiny things, such as the Iliad joke. That's the first book all freshmen at my school read xD). This is a romance of words, for me, more than anything else. And the language idea fits so well with the art of flying. Because both are balancing acts. You pick and choose and weigh your words; you coordinate your wings to keep you in the air. That's what it takes to survive, and through both of your characters, you explore it in different ways. Lovi and Toni survive in different ways, and we see their psyches crack slightly in different places and at different times (on that note, the way what happened to Antonio was revealed was perfect. Because that's how trauma comes out in real life: in rushes and gushes, not little gurgles or flashes, as the hints come earlier - which was also great). They fly differently, but it's clearly an art. Survival is an art. One that dispels the darkness but sometimes brings it, too. But both struggle through it in their own ways, and it's lovely.

Still not a Spamano fan (as I've said before, yaoi isn't my cup of tea), but forever a fan of your work. And still shrinking beneath the weight of the green-eyed monster. :P (I'm kidding, of course. But damn your work is always so good. You have every right to be proud of this, and I'm glad you asked me to read it. (: )

You're really a genius. The descriptions in this were so amazing that I almost teared up. I know it's a weird thing to say, but it's true. I've always been one to see things in a different way, so this was truly amazing to me.

And I agree with Antonio on his point of view on literrature, so much agree!
I think it takes away all the beauty of a story when you analyze it like a robot... What they make us do in school, that sucks so much. And there they say their purpose is to make you enjoying reading. More like digusting you of it. I always felt like that with those study, like if their will take away my love for reading.
Otherwise a good story is like Antonio said, it has to make you feel emotions and that is what you fic did to me, I felt a lot and I love that, feeling emotions when I read. So yeah your fic was really good! One of my favorites. It's so well written too. I like how you write.
And oh! I love how you did Francis. I saw too many fics where he is portrays really badly and that piss me off so bad.
Helping Tonio to get over his trauma really fits him. I'd love having someone like him for helping me too ~
Ah well Francis is such a precious person and I absolutly love when people do him right in fic like it's pretty rare to see.

I absolutely loved how you wrote this one (though it somehow feels different from your other writing? More descriptive, a bit more poetic, but I love it either way), I adore this. For a moment I believed I could see things the way they did; I tried, because your words have the same effect on your readers as Antonio's does on Lovino. You're so talented.
This made my heart ache and I can't keep the smile off my face, it's like I want to write half of this down because most of the words you've woven here are truly magical.
