Frankly, I don't understand this ending at all. I'm fairly disappointed. I didn't need to have a happy ending, but your epilogue didn't make any sense. Just left feeling confused.

I've been reading this for a long time and when you finally updated I wasn't even sure which fic this was. I didn't remember any of the plot so I reread everything. I did remember eventually what this was about and instantly thought back to Kurama's death which already made me question whether I REALLY wanted to reread this. I already knew by a certain chapter this wouldn't end well but I kept some dumb hope going. There is a lot I love about this fic like the story, plot, pretreatment of characters and much more. But I can't handle bad endings well and its very childish but I think you maybe should have put a warming at the beginning of the story. I can understand how that may not seem necessary since normal literature doesn't contain such warnings but getting invested in this fic for it to end this way is so crushing. I'm not hating or anything just sharing my opinion. I do not think this ending was bad at all it's realistic I just REALLY wish a major character death warning would at least been mentioned at some point.

So thanks for the tears. I've been reading this since you started, I really wasn't expecting it to go down like that. I'm sad and it's not my favorite ending.
But I respect your right as an Author to do what you like. Thank you for writing the story for us to read.

This is really sad, very depressing (T-T)

If I were not sure about the need for a rewrite before, now I am. Whatever it takes for neither Sasuke nor Naruto to die! I'm torn about this bittersweet development, because as great as it is to see the story finished, it's the most horrible ending possible (I try to steer away from death fics). Apart from seeing those two together again, I wished to see them have a talk, get a closure etc... But it's my fault for forgetting about the "tragedy" genre you used, I should have expected it...

Thought of writing an alternative ending maybe? :p

Im soo into this fic! It's my first time reading a couloured au and im not sure i like it tbh. When i first heard of the prompt it sounded beautiful but now reading it, as you've written it atleast, it all seems like fate or whatever power one would like to call it, gods in this case, forcing a pair together. Id like to write a cloured fic in the future where soulmates become soulmates after a certain time and then see colour, i think its just another way to look at it. Well anyways the angsty sad chapter had me so into my emotions ahh i hated and loved it at the same time so bitter sweet this story is! I can't wait for an update and for things to play out for Sasuke and Naruto i know you'll no doubt have it done in a brilliant way, though i do hope its not rushed.
