So, I have been mesmerized by this new pairing of Punk/Alexa. They are the definition of 'opposites attract.'

You wrote them so well! I have found a new pairing that I liked.

The way AJ has Roman wrapped around her finger is adorable. The fact that this petite little girl has this big man whipped was hilarious.

The ending with Punk's apartment was so sweet. Every description of it was amazing. I picture her girly stuff being next to his comic books.

Aaaah, this was so perfect! I was so excited when I saw that you'd posted this fic. I love the pairing and the fact that they are so completely different and yet work so well together... I love those kinds of fics, and this was just perfection.

I felt you had Punk's voice spot on. It was so funny and crude and just came off as very him, if that makes any sense at all. I loved how he tried to push his feelings for Alexa aside by being mean to her and all of that, but eventually even he couldn't deny her charms.

I also loved the fact that you included RomanAJ. I loved how you wrote AJ here. She's so mischievous and dangerous and then Roman backing her is just hilarious. They are quite the team. :D

Your descriptions of things were perfect, as usual. You have a great way of describing the most minute details that make them pop out and just take over. I loved the image of Roman's eyes "like the pit of a hurricane" and various others that I can't name because that would take up the entire review, lol.

The ending was perfect. The flash-forward in time was a great way to show how Punk and Alexa's relationship had grown and was strengthened over time. I really, really liked the comparison at the end - the whole paragraph, ending with "her chick lit found a home next to his comics" - I thought that was a really realistic representation of a couple gradually becoming comfortable with each other and allowing space for the other in their life.

I really hope you write more for these two in the future, because this was great. And thanks for the mention in your AN! :D That means a lot! Keep up the lovely work!

I see a lot of weird pairings and/or bad oneshots, so I thought this would be the same. Thankfully, it wasn't. I haven't watched WWE programming since Punk left, but I googled Alexa Bliss and yup, she's just as much a cutie as you wrote her out to be. What I really liked about this story was that it wasn't the typical bad boy/good girl pairing. She didn't try to change him because of her insecurities, so big ups there. Didn't see any major grammatical errors, so another big up for this site. Even though Punk/AJ is my "forever OTP" I got behind this pairing really easily. Well done ;)
