They do get themselves into trouble, a lot. Staying hidden for at least two hours sounds a bit tricky for them.

Wow Treville giving Hoserpuke hell for not doing his job( Like Rochefort would do his job finding the mugger) The King agrees (heads spinning hahahah Louis agreeing that Rocheie sucks) Hopefully Treville and his Musketeers will fine out who attacked Athos and why.

I must confess the title did not pull me in but as the rest of these one shots have been quite good I gave it a go. To my surprise I was sorry to see the end. Athos is of course the most interesting of the four to play with. With his stoic manner, quick wit, quiet demeanor and unbelievable ability with a sword he makes a perfect subject for almost any situation. That said, he was out for most of the chapter so it was the others reaction to his fate that brought this reader the most pleasure. Though the same in feelings the way they were presented was unique to each man. This gives us different ideals of what is to come next and who we are dealing with. Athos was unable to speak so the best clues are mute at this juncture of the investigation. I am so looking forward to the next installment of this mysterious case of who mugged the best swordsman in France.

There must have been more than two to overcome Athos like this and take his beloved sword..of course Rochefort is behind it...he’s a rat.
As for the Athos whump,always needed & certainly well supplied here.
