I have a suggestion you said tenseiga could bring back her mom and brother back why didn't you just wait till time caught up with her and let her go back in time the time catch up and add them and give them mom and brother fair warning about the vampire instead of her coming through the well let them go on one of them many trips to see family when that make more sense

I know that at the beginning of his chapter you said Sesshomaru could use his sword to bring Kagomes mother and brother back - but you could easily write a few sentences in the first chapter saying that he had not brought them due to it being to 21st century and would bring to much attention to him.
