Too cute! We don’t get to see, Alfred a lot, but he’s a lot deeper than anyone thinks. And Dick...the kid probably had to face so many racial slurs. I know what that’s like, especially in school.

That was so sweet! Alfred is rarely the one who comforts Dick and this was a perfect balance of Alfred's poshness and comforting side. I'm defiantly favoriting this one to save for when I'm in an Alfred mood.

I am a total sap but... a one shot... I figured I could do it and it's... just turned to 2am. Ah well, worth it. Better than reading it quickly before work and going in to my afternoon shift with tears in my eyes. 10/10 and I look forward to more Wally. Dick needs his friend again soon and they are so awesome together.

For the love of God, give the poor kid some friends quickly. I know things are bad in the American school system (and discrimination is REALLY bad over there) but come on! The best and the brightest don't usually stick to the old ways of thinking (I can tell you that from experience) and even the ones that are hateful are...sadly enough, far more subtle than this on most occasions.
I realise his heritage is a big thing and everything but is there no one in the upper circles of gotham's social scene that is a decent human being apart from doctors, people who work at Wayne Enterprises and Gordon?
No wonder the city is in such a mess.

Oh that was absolutely so sweet. I'm like Alfred and don't think very highly of Valentine's Day but this gorgeous little fic totally changed my mind. So sweet and lovely (although boo on those horrible kids who were mean to Dickie! How could anyone not love something so adorable?).

Hope you're still writing as I notice its been a while since you updated and you are one writer I would HATE to loose from the fandom. :)
