i will do my own fanfic (about XS jack spicer centered), but i had like most of the points you said of this challange, so these points will appear in the fanfic c: there is just two points i will not follow completely:

The first point: lilo and stitch would not be true xiaolin dragons, but they will be considered allys and xiaolin at some point (like jermine was). Still they will be going with the xiaolin monks as friends and train with them

The second point: it will follow the XS storyline but lilo and stitch will be added in the last episode of the season 3 and the fanfic will start from there on.

lilo will turn wuya (and jack?) to good, but maybe not permanently
