While I'm not a Ron/Hermione fan I do love the Dumbledore/Hermione and Harry/Hermione scenes - it was slightly unfair of Harry to be angry with Snape given that Snape had no way of knowing the truth. I would have preferred the Lucius/Hermione scene to be implied rather than shown but I am glad Ron found out the truth and Lucius was punished.

Oh my god! That was very intense and sad. It's tragic that she keeps blaming herself for it.
So Lucius thought she couldn't get pregnant. That wasn't very smart of him. He should have suspected that she would be very different from the pureblood women.

I know it's been a long time since this was updated, but I'd love to see it continued if you're still writing. I'd love to know what happens next. You did a great job with some big plot twists, and I'm sure there's more to come.
