That was really sweet, I think. They're cute together. I like the idea that even though she is so much older than him, he's her first real experience of love. I think it's better that way. It kinda balances them out.

I'm vastly curious to see how this goes. This has to come at a huge price - whether the wizard was lying about her life being the trade or not. It'll be hard for Kili to live without her, or his brother, or Thorin ;( But I feel like that's not where you're going with this - I guess we'll see ;) I like the addition of the blue wizard. I thought that was cool. And those last images were really cinematic and easy to visualize. Nicely done!

I laughed out loud about the story with the pig X] Very easy to imagine them getting into all kinds of stupid trouble as kids. I like these little moments between Kili and Tauriel. They're nice. The foreshadowing in this one was great.

I liked it when she agreed to go with him. And it's funny to think what the other dwarves must have thought of her. In the book their cells were far apart - so it's conceivable (if she was there at all) that they wouldn't know anything about it. But in the movies, they're RIGHT THERE. Curious-er and curious-er ;)

Galadriel was great! Especially in the first half of her dialogue. There were a number of points where I could imagine her voice saying them. And Tauriel had a few of those moments too! Nicely done ;)

I always thought their relationship would have been more interesting if they'd stuck with the original timeline. It was a bummer they sped everything up XP I like your idea of slowing it back down. Good choice ;) Loved the way this went. There were some lines early on that sounded JUST LIKE THEM.

Fantastic beginning! I'm really curious to see how this goes! Your writing is really pretty - it almost makes me think of poetry.
