Wow! This chapter is awesome! While you sort gave foreshadowing early in this chapter when you talked about how Seryu will not be feeling happy for quite a while, I didn’t expect Natala to die! Talk about sudden!

I really like the descriptions you put into the three way battle. It’s mostly in Mine’s perspective but it’s well written and attention to details is provided from the sniper’s perspective. Frankly, I didn’t think that someone could describe a sniper’s battle, especially with opponents who wield close range weapons, to this extent, but you did really well.

It’s kind of ironic though that in the canon, Mine is the one out for revenge because Seryu killed her comrade while here, it’s the opposite as Seryu finds her comrade Natala dead because of Mine.
Now, I am interested to see who the woman is, seeing as how Natala and she shared some history together. And from the way that Natala’s body disappeared, I’m guessing that maybe the katana is Yatsufusa.

And Tatsumi is here and is Esdeath’s lieutenant! Now that’s some development. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

Wow, this chapter is breathtaking! From earlier chapters, I anticipated something unpredictable, but never to such level! The possible Run/Akame/Doya love triangle is a surprise, though in a good way.

Somehow, it’s quite amusing and ironic that while Nyau can annoy the hell out of Akame, he’s afraid of Kurome. But then again, when someone swings a katana in front of your face and comments about turning you into a puppet, you have every reason to take flight!

So Zank makes his debut in this chapter only to die by the end of it. However, it’s interesting how you used Spectator’s ability to flesh out Run’s background and have his past being related to Akame. Too bad that Akame doesn’t remember much about saving Run’s life from himself though. On top of that, having Akame see no one when under illusion is a huge plot twist. I expected her to see Kurome or her parents, but not having anyone precious to her was definitely the last thing in my mind. What exactly does this tell about Akame’s character?

This is yet again another fabulous chapter and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Please update when you can.

Can you do Akame X Wave since Kurome X wave seems real werid since Kurome is 15 and Wave is 20 I always thought Kurome and wave had a brother sister thing going on (even though the latest chapter has them as a couple )

I really love reading your story as it centers on Akame and Kurome. Its interesting to see most of the members in their opposite factions. I can feel someone will die in the next or so chapters to come.

I have a theory as to why Akame didn't have any precious person but I still have no evidence to it. And I just remember Akame's teigu is her old canon ones. Like the other reviewer said, could she be duel-wielding 2 katanas, or just one...

Man I loved this so much. That foreshadowing at the beginning that epic! Youre really good at writing the interaction between Akame and Run, which is honestly what I'm weak on, and I really feel that it shined through this piece. I can't wait for more! (I'm also sennsing the Akame-Run-Doya triangle and I know it's going to break my heart ;A;)

Great chapter, I wonder who the killer of their parents will turn out to be, I guess someone of Wild Hunt. Daidara's way to deal with Zank's Illusion was funny. Akame x Run x Doya so unexpected xD. Will Kurome get a Teigu? If so I think Yatsufusa wouldn't be the best choice, maybe some Shingu like Water-Dragon-Sword or a completely new weapon. The previews at the end are awesome. I'm sure Akame being unaffected by the Illusion Sight is part of a plot device or proves a trait of her character or something, but I can't help but feel it's not very fitting. How can Kurome, her own (and only living) family be as nothing to her? And am I sensing a Akame-Run-Doya love triangle? Man you just became the biggest international exporter with that crazy shipping. I'm looking forward to Tatsumi already being Esdeath's protege.
