I expected Cerberus before I read the werewolf thing, but still very nice touch. I enjoyed the part about their first time being in Drew's Villa, it made me laugh so loud, my aunt was like "Dafrik you doing, boi?"

This wasn't exactly a lore chapter, which tend to be my favorite, but it's still pretty nice. Percy's reactions are understandable, but I don't feel like explaining why, since you DID make the story :P The werewolf thing, I'll admit, was unexpected, but I think it'll be good. Very good. I'm very invested. I'll be waiting to see how this turns out.

This chapter was very fluffy muffy. I like it. There's been some more serious chapters, such as number 4. This is a good balance, enough to provide a nice contrast, not a glaring contrast, just a nice, gentle one. And look! More worldbuilding! :D :D :D

'missed his beautiful, carefree smile' okay I have no idea why but this line irritates the f*ck out of me, and it shouldn't, I don't know why it does.

But, Drew's comment "He may be a lord, but by far not in my league", gives me interesting notions. What is the hierarchies, it was briefly explained, but it holds interesting ideas. And surely a few of the state lords didn't want to treat humans particularly better? (Drew for example) It's something interesting you could delve into. "Lord Bryce and Lady Drew left in a haste, so they wouldn't start a war." Also interests me.

Okay, Nico is really stupid if he thinks it's smart to talk to a Vampire Lord like that. I don't care how special Percy or Nico is, it's still suicidal. Also, is Triton the lord of Florida, or just Miami? Also, why do I feel like Amphitrite is a perfectionist and has OCD in this now? :P

I liked this chapter a lot, despite its faults. It gave some good world-building, admittedly I wish there was more, but I am just very greedy. I enjoyed the protectiveness of Percy, especially since it MADE SENSE (Caps Italics). He's a Vampire LORD. Nancy isn't even a Lord/Lady, she's just an ADVISER. And not even of his own court. Of another court. She should've known better, what she did was a huge no-no. While I dislike that he moped about it, I do however, also think it fits his character, however much I dislike it, it fits. It works. So I'm okay with it.

Your writing style is very well done, and I think this chapter, with it's worldbuilding and lore, opened more questions than it answered, although it did answer a few big ones.

While I do understand that you don't ship Percico, and you are an exclusively Nicercy kinda gal, I don't think that as a Vampire LORD, Percy would get tired of being strong. Yes yes, he isn't like other vampires, but (and here is when I drift from the vampire story to all your stories) what's wrong with every now and then Percy actually not minding being strong, and maybe Nico has to be 'weak' for once? It could still be Nicercy, it would just challenge that the 'top' is the strong, dominant, one, which no matter how often in your stories you try to say both are strong, in actuality, only one of them is. And it's always Nico. I just find it irksome and unrealistic, that's all. Yes, Percy being a sub is delicious, (I personally think him as a dom is delicious too), and Nico would be yummy either way, but why not mix it up, at least on the emotional side?
