Found this through a fic reccomendation and not at all dissapointed!

I'm a sucker for mindgames and intrigue done right. This is a perfect example of that. I love how you potray the intricacies of the social hierarchy in slytherin Hogwarts so well that it's not all spelled out but show-and-tell through the actions and characters themselves. That made me second guess everything each of the characters say and I find myself reading word-by-word in an attempt to understand them (and also as a way to savor this absolute interest in the fic as slow as I can before ending at chapter 15 because I know I'll never get to read this fic again for the first time if u get what I mean haha). That's quite the achievement because I have a short attention span _'

You my good sir, have a talent for writing! There are so many good plot points/character driven intentions in this story that JUST makes me keep on reading and curious! Making Riddle so... unattainable, hard-to-get, calculated, perceptive, cool-headed among his peers and even outside of hogwarts makes him a star of a character I find myself very very curious on his ( hopefully growing friendship) relationship with our dear time traveller which is a mystery Tom can't seem to solve for the life of him. It gets me excited whenever Harry and Tom go head-to-head or even have simple conversations because you have built the foundations/motivations of those two so well knowing that they have their own games to play.

Those two have their own thing going by itself and that itself is already interesting. Of course what built their relationship was the slytherin crew. Love them to bits tho! Nevermind their sociopathic tendancies and a fixation on keeping up appearances, they are the REALEST(forgive myself for the lack a better word lol) or realistic bunch of teenagers and I could definitely see them like that growing up in a blood-obssessed wizarding-world society. I want to know if they have different dynamics when they're in their 'little private club' tho. It's not everyday you act casual and friendly with the dark lord who threatens and dominates you with power.

Just wanna be a representation that all of us will be patiently waiting for you to continue and no pressure! Support u 100%! I understand that feeling of writer's block and lack of inspiration. The fact that you have written this much is a feat in itself, total respect for ruinous crow! Hope you find inspiration and come back for the slytherins! Hopefully this year!

Um... well I wasn’t expecting this to continue and didn’t plan to follow after reading it, but seeing as to how there’s an author note at the end of chapter 15 stating even if it’s 2020 it doesn’t necessarily mean this is abandoned, I’ll take that as a sign and follow. Now, onto the story itself. I absolutely love what you did and definitely love the development that’s been shown for Harry, the sacrifices he’s had, learning to be a better slytherin, and altogether the way you developed the story. The best part for me would probably be the feeling of understanding gained as Harry does as well, like the reason Avery and rosier both tried being friends with Harry not making sense at first, only to realize in the final chapter that they were doing it to gain favor with Riddle. This also makes me super worried for Harry, since the second you believe you’re special to Riddle is the moment you’re screwed and caught. Needless to say, I already am getting anxiety over Harry falling into the trap dumbledore told him about as well as getting very excited for what might come in the future. I hope to see more from this in the future, and I’ll hopefully hold you to the claim that even years later doesn’t necessarily mean this is over quite yet. Thanks for the great fanfic, always great to see a focus on slytherin politics and the many traps set within.

I truly do hope you continue this story. I didn't realize I was at the end until I swiped left and the next chapter didnt appear lol. Your world really sucked me in I guess. I don't know what to think of Riddle. From past ANs you mentioned that people claim Harry is OOC. Honestly I don't see it. I think you have done a wonderful job with the characters. I was heartened by your AN at the end of this chapter. You mentioned that you may pick it up again even in 2020. Hmm, maybe you'll get back in your groove? I don't mean to push you btw, I have a great deal of respect for all fanfic writers. I just want to let you know how much I enjoyed it, thanks.

So many things to say!

Firstly, ROSIER! I love that sly comment when Harry thought he'd been worried about Yaxley: "Do you think so?" hahahaha. Almost Riddle-esque. MY translation of the incident was almost that Yaxley had been cursed by Riddle and that Rosier was worried about stepping onto Riddle's machinations rather than any worry about Yaxley personally? Rosier just seems to psychopathic for compassion?

Loved Abraxas! I wonder how canon Abraxas and Riddle were friends in school with that age gap though. ALSO THAT MOMENT WHERE ABRAXAS FELT HARRY WAS BETTER THAN RIDDLE - there could have been such a dark plot line here for Harry to suddenly take that in stride and become Riddle's competition and take over the world haha
