This is really cute. I actually ended up reading the first two chapters instead of just this one and I'll probably end up reading them all.
This was cute but Ginny was such a little brat. i just wanted to smack her, but then I remembered she was really young and I probably shouldn't.
Poor Ron, thinking he's unloved, even for just a second. It's sort of funny how moments validate things without meaning too, like Molly being annoyed and not realizing she was validating, in Ron's eyes, what Ginny had said. But I really liked the ending. It's very cute.

This is ever so sweet, each in its own way.

Poor Harry...Everyone else had the comfort of a parent or someone who cares and Harry's is nothing Stronger than a mothers love.

Love this sibling rivalry for your parents love.

Awwwwwww :( poor little Harry. Such big thoughts for such a little guy. This one bummed me out, but it is a great take on the idea that some people don't feel loved and some really truly aren't loved by the people who should love them. Hang in there tiny Harry. Things get better.

Awww. Draco is another character that I don't usually like much, but poor little scared guy. You do a good job capturing the little kid fear and also the bond that JK set up in cannon. I like how this whole series has the love idea as a common thread.

Awww little Neville. I always thought it must be very hard for the poor thing, with his grandmother being the way she is and his parents shut up in St. Mungos all batty and out there. I imagine he is very very young in this one by the way you have him talking about such trivial things. Again, very sweet little one shot. You manage to say a lot with just a few words.

Wow, Ron loses out to Percy. I figured Percy would be everyone's least favorite. I like the way you have Ginny taunting Ron, it's very bratty little sister, baby of the family. You say he burned himself in his moms embrace, I think you may have meant buried. Aww I feel bad for poor little Ron. Everyone just wants to know mommy loves them. This was a sweet little drabble.

Poor Harry. As always, he gets the short end of the stick and even though he's certain his mother must have loved him and said it, he can't remember it nor did he say it back.

I find it sweet that he tried to make sure she knew he loved her even though she was dead and it's sad that even knowing he loved his parents and that they loved him can't offer him much comfort in his situation.

I love little things that make the Malfoys out to be decent people. I think Narcissa's love for Draco can't be disputed and this here just shows another side of it.

Not only does Narcissa love Draco, she also knows him very well - which always can't be said with parents. They might love their children, but when it gets down to it, they don't actually know them that well and so despite the family bond and love they feel, they're practically strangers.

I enjoyed this one a lot.

Little kids grappling with things like what love means can be very insightful and whatever Neville took away from what his grandmother told him, really shows when he says "I love you" to his mom. Of course, she hasn't really /done/ anything here and it's more like "no matter what happens, I'll still love you".

Which still, is very sweet and mature of Neville.

This is a sweet way to start this fic.

It's funny how children take things and twist them - as Ginny has shown and how Ron actually believes her up until Molly tells him otherwise.

I'm interested in see how the rest are!

its seems so unfair to Ron as Ginny Fred and George always tease him as if he is something unwanted. no wonder he had such a low self-esteem.. poor Ron. I know how much it hurts a child when some one tells him his mum doesn't love him..it makes him feel devastated.. poor Ron..
I think Ron's childhood too was tough since all his siblings were no better than the that's saying something.

what a sad childhood both Neville and Harry had..I personally think Nevile's was more sad because he could see his parents but never communicate with Nevile.
