As long as Sage's mum doesn't find out about the motorcycle I'd say she's fine having it. Hadn't read this since you started your revisions but I guess Sage having an IT job was a change from her working at the zoo. Even if she was a little later then she said she would be at least she didn't drink and drive. That could've ended worse then getting hit by the shockwave from the particle accelerator explosion.

well, my only thing is that you're screwing up the other characters' personalities for your OC. WHY IN THE WORLD would they NOT help her and just sideline her when they're the type that helps anyone (not a criminal) that's a meat. And it's fucked up for Barry, she's the family of the woman he loves as well as someone he knows, so why would he just ignore her like a red-headed step child. nice job fucking them up for an OC.
