I think I might have read the story they were referring to. However, there are more than a few stories on this site about a TMNT mating season, by multiple authors, so it's a fairly common idea. I didn't read anything that led me to believe you plagiarized anything, just perhaps a similar idea that other folks have had and your take on it. Nothing wrong with that :)

Lover it! I applaud how well you handled all characters' depiction in one single room. It was funny and well-written. April is one lucky bitch for receiving the attention of these four beautiful turtles ;)

Wowwwww! Give me a minute to gather my thoughts. Okay, first things first, well done! This was absolutely amazing! I can tell that you worked really really hard on this fanfic, and it really shows. The way you managed to keep every single character IN CHARACTER, is just amazing! In too many fics that I have read, I have seen characters slip out of character too much, and it just ruined the illusion. But with this fic, you've managed to keep every character in character and really keep the illusion. I've read a few "mating season" fics regarding our fave boys, but this is the first one I've read where the boys really fight for April's affections. It was really interesting seeing how hard they tried to not lose control and scare April off. It makes me think of how animals with mating seasons have to work really hard to attract a mate. It can't be easy. It was interesting seeing the struggle. You've really done a good job with that.

In terms of "plagiarism", I don't see how the idea of the turtles going through their mating season can be plagiarised. That idea is open for all, seeing as it makes sense that this is something that they probably went through in every adaptation. Of course how they act to it will vary from verse to verse and fanfic to fanfic. I wouldn't beat yourself up about it, even though I doubt you did. XD I'm a little late in finding this fanfic and I couldn't help but notice that little notice that you put at the beginning. Anyway, I think you did good and I doubt your story is even remotely close to the supposed "plagiarised" story. Oh god, I'm rambling. Okay, I just wanted to commend you for your perfect grammar, because I know it must have been hell on earth to proofread this. By keeping your grammar in check, you've managed to keep the story flowing. Excellent job, lovely story! I hope there is a future follow up story to this, because I would love to see you push things a bit. Hehe

This is amazing! Well written and you kept everyone in character! Other 'turtles I their meeting season' fics always have the turtles very rape-y. But this is amazing! Well done, dear!

I think you really captured how each of the turtles would feel towards April in this season; and I feel ya on the too many characters in one scene. I especially loved it when April had to bang on the table and everyone jumped.
