Shame that this story was abandoned. Great writing, interesting plot and all together a fun read. At least we got 40,000 words before it went away.

I read this a lot over time I come back to it. The story is great and the writing keeps you wanting more. Sadly no updates for years and I doubt that will change so read and enjoy this and wish for more like a lot of other readers.

I have to admit I like this What If story. Normally I would be annoyed but this is a surprisingly good one. I like how one decision (a forced one) set event's in motion that would lead to such an awesome Alternate Timeline. I like how it affects Miya and Takami the most. With Miya it made her to become more active in preparation for the Sekirei Plan and possibly try to stop it before it becomes too much of a blood bath. Takami's problem is that because of the fact her children are nearby and being raised by someone she trusted (not her mother) has made her oblivious to what is happening to her children. It really shock her that Minato is no longer a spineless wimp and is more bright & calm, while Yukari seems to becoming less aggressive even tough Takami believe that Yukari is prone to violence forever. Thus the rift and sort of bashing in the fifth chapter is totally justified even though I hate character bashing as much as the next person.
The other changes of this timeline all range from Good to Awesome. My biggest shock was the change of the incident that had Musubi's core damage; sure she was still capture along with another Sekirei (Kaho I think) but it was that Sekirei's core that got damage. Sure it was a convenient way of getting rid of Karasuba but it still shock and surprise me. It does make me wonder if Haihane and Benitsubasa will still have roles in the Discipline Squad. In fact I would love to see more chapters however since this story hasn't been updated in over two years all I can do is hope.
