Just read this for the first time now. Emotional and so beautifully written. Lovely to read!

wow! *giggles* no - but really - wow - Awwww's with Mr. Carson - trying to be chill and he's SO NOT CHILL - and Mrs. Hughes/Carson always was going to have to take the lead wasn't she!? :) I just found this so yay for me - because this was awesome - thank you! :)

I'm rereading the story for the umpteenth time Andrea lies with shocked that I have never reviewed it! This is one of my favorite wedding night fic. Such delicious agony! Poor Carson and his sweet fumbling attempts to make Elsie realize how much she means to him. His tears and his lament about never having children made me want to weep. Such a great story!

This is so brilliant. Heartbreaking and poignant and tinged with his regret. But she's there, because she always has been, and they finally get there in the end. And it is breathtakingly beautiful. Well done.

Oh, this was lovely ending to a lovely (and sexy) fic. (I am giggling a little at the bsg 'Gods' though, I must admit.) Very well written.

I'm enjoying all the fics where he's calling her Mrs Hughes one moment, then Mrs Carson the next. You *know* the poor man's going to do that in canon. Hee.

I also like the part where he acknowledges he would have never been able to be without their intimacy if he'd have tasted it earlier. Lovely.

Guh. Love. Love all the insights in the beginning of the chapter, proving they've been a married couple forever. And love the use of the inner thoughts. I always like that in fics.

I love how Elsie is the one being frustrated here now too, yelling at him to turn off the light. Hee. The ending is very secksy. *clicks on next eagerly*
