Interesting way of putting things in the Rangers' favor. And for some reason I can't help but think that you're going to eventually make Rei become Kyoryu Navy.
Though I do have one small complaint(and I hope that you don't hat me for this). You're grammar needs work. From time to time, I get confused as to what is going on, such as how you don't really have much of an indication that they are transformed or not. I recommend a Beta Reader, it makes things much easier.

This is nice. shinji lost his memory, round up in the city he needs to be, and kicking butt and amazing work with the lines between characters.

I was waiting for an eva and kyoryuger crossover. So if understand right the kyoryugers are eva pilots, I wonder will they use the eva to fight the angels or go with kyoryugin to fight, please let it be the second one. you also made shinji loss his memories, that will be interesting when he meets his father. I look forward to seeing how you have things play out.
