Hello! It’s been a while!

I very much enjoyed this story! I found it quite fascinating in a bit of a twisted way. I think you were going for creepy when you wrote Scorpius and you certainly accomplished that. I liked the mannerisms that started right off when he was a baby. Have you ever read the book “We Need to Talk About Kevin”? (Not the movie, because it was terrible!). It reminds me of that, like this kid has serial killer qualities from birth! But no one knows how to handle that in a child so they just kind of let him be as he gets worse…

But I really enjoyed was the connection to Bellatrix. It makes sense that with someone like that in the family, there’s some concern about her kind of traits being inherited. My one small bit of critism would be that I was surprised that Draco and Astoria were both so open about Bellatrix and who she was when Scorpius asked after getting his wand. That seemed suddenly out of character to me. If they were so afraid that he would turn out like her… I feel like the more logical response would be to keep that information from him for as long as they could. Or, at the very least, explain it a little better to him. They come across as very off handed and almost let Scorpius drive the conversation.

Other than that one small part, I thought this was really well done! Cheers!

This story was amazing! I love how we saw the little bits that added up to the issue with scorpius and how attached albums was to him. Great story!

The characterization of Albus was very interesting here. I honestly think he is a victim, accomplice and follower and it's difficult to pick just one. I guess in the end he was manipulated by Scorpius so overall he is the victim. I liked his meeting with Draco and his realisation that Scorpius is evil.

It's scary how easily Scorpius can fool people. The way he makes his plans for world domination while keeping people on his side is realistic and worrying, as is the way he seems to be a million miles in front of everyone. Even though he won't be alive to see his dreams come to fruition, he has ensured that they will happen and at a much quicker pace.

SPaG: 'sooth' should be 'soothe.'

Wow, it almost seems like Scorpius is possessed by Bellatrix here. Either that or he just really takes after her. Perhaps Narcissa was right about it skipping a generation.

At the start I felt sorry for Scorpius but as the story went on he became creepier and creepier. I'm so glad Draco woke up before Scorpius could harm Astoria and the baby. And OMG the scene with the poor cat! I think the scariest part was him pretending to be upset and being comforted by his dad, yet unknown to Draco he killed Marmalade on purpose. I'm getting a little bit of a 'We Need To Talk About Kevin' vibe here.

His comment at the end about using Bellatrix's best quality to redeem the wand was a bit disturbing. I'm not surprised Draco fears for the future.

It will be interesting to see what he gets up to at school.

I would say Albus was a victim, it was like he had Stockholm Syndrome he was being emotionally and physically manipulated in order to fit into Scorpius grand plan and by the end of it Albus didn't know what was wrong or right until Scorpius married someone else that's when the facade actually broke.

Scorpius was a psychopath from start to finish. Albus wasn't exactly at fault because psychopaths are known for emotional manipulation. It's nearly impossible to tell when you're being manipulated by one because they're so charming and quick to lie.

I did not finish the first sentence before I thought to myself how lucky I was to have been tagged by you. I hate myself for not having read your fics before; I'm already caught. Hopefully, you didn't want Cuckoo Boy to be reviewed the least of the fics you listed-they seemed to be prioritised equally, and the title alone gave me chills. The description cemented it for me. Okay, I'm going to stop gushing and actually reading now.

Absolutely adore the small signs of unrest in Draco and evildoer in Scorpius. Poor baby, he probably doesn't even know what's going on himself. It's very well-paced, I have to tell you.

Okay, wow, the description of Scorpius' cackle bringing back echoes of a woman's laughter just gave me chills. It reminds me so much of Insidious (and now I want to watch that film again, my gosh). Is Scorpius possessed by a dead woman? This is so horrific and delightful!

[ran her thumb soothingly over his knuckles] - this is a description I really haven't seen often, but I can clearly imagine the gesture. I absolutely adore that you can write things that no one else thinks of writing, yet it resonates so deeply within me. Such an attention to detail.

Also, the 'sweet' scene in which Scorpius asks Draco if he's dying is so creepy to me. He reminds me of the girl in Case 39, who just manipulates her foster parents into being obedient with her abusive and violent behaviour. They were scared of her too, and with Draco just having told his mother he will never trust Scorpius, I mean. Gosh, this is a horror story, and I love every second.

Oh gosh, a parent's worst nightmare. First, Draco doesn't like his son, and then he understands that his son realises. My goodness, what a gifted child.

How well they tackled that, though. Kudos.

Jesus, he's a creep. That eight-year-old boy was going to kill the unborn? At least he's honest.

Aw, I almost feel sorry for crying Scorpius. He seems to tell the truth in an unrepentant way when he's done something slightly evil, so it's difficult not to trust that he's telling the truth now.

Oh my God, Scorpius, I was rooting for you! What is wrong with you! …I love cats. Also, just as he's sorry and acts as if he didn't know, you put in that last line, you evil woman. Gosh, you have me going back and forth between wanting to believe Scorpius and deciding never to believe him again, how do you do this?!

OK, so my thoughts and feelings about this in general: I have absolutely nothing critical to say on any note beyond your SPaG. This was a wonderful read; your language is nice, your pace flows beautifully, your characterisations are haunting, and your plot makes me giddy with glee. I think you've hit a niche here that I adore, and I think you've brought it to life elegantly.

I haven't corrected all punctuation mistakes; there are a few times when I think you may be mixing up comma rules and semi-colon rules. It's readable, but it makes the flow a little chunky in the places where the punctuation doesn't quite fit.

I've also only corrected some of the tense mistakes in the fic. You seem to sometimes want to use the infinitive when you're writing in past tense or when you're missing a modal verb, which I think you should be mindful of. Otherwise, the SPaG errors are relatively few and not necessarily something that makes you stumble.

All in all, a delicious fic. I'll most likely read the second chapter very soon, but until then, gosh, how I love your writing.

Well I was not expecting for Albus to brutally murder Scorpius, so that was rather shocking. Not to mention that he killed himself as well. And I still curious what Tonjour Pur is unless is was nothing and wasn't meant to be the center of the story. It was a good thing that Albus figure it out what Scorpius truly was but it's slightly sad that he had to kill his first love. I think that it's overall scary that Scorpius was that close to world domination and only a few people could see it.

I'm mindblown by this and I don't know where to begin. Like...uh, I'll start with the questions XD. So is Bellatrix reincarnated as Scorpius and before that there was an unknown Black that was reincarnated into her? What is this Tonjours pur thing? Is it a curse...Well obviously it's a curse, now that I think about. Why didn't Narcissa explain what this was, like why mention it if you won't explain? Unless she doesn't know much about it neither? Does Andromeda know? So many questions, and they are all probably going to be answered in the next chapter XP. I really don't have much to say, this is just wonderful.
