first off, I'd like to say I really enjoyed this story,and I look forward to see the tweaks though I don't really get where you can improve this baby, hard to fix perfection, but hey if you can make it even better then it already is, I look forward to it.

as for your question, a Kikyo/Kagome cat fight would of been nice _~ j/k seriously though, when I originally read that, Kikyo was on my list of most hated anime characters. but as of this week I have finally gotten and watched the Inuyasha movie, (thanks again 4 sending it to me,Angel _~ sorry blanted plug for my girlfriend who I know will read this) I've began to have a bit more mercy toward claygirl. sure she was being a cruel heartless /censured/ but I've actually started to feel for the poor woman now.

but maybe if you had added some harsher words from Inuyasha to her, ya know, show that Inuyasha was deeply upset with how she treated Kagome (despite the fact he treats her terrible anyway but that's side the point) but that's just my opinion, I think you pulled it off nicely anyway.

but anyway I've rambled on enough, excellent job,I really liked this one

Well I was hoping that Kikyo wouldn’t be returned to hell. I mean, she really shouldn’t have gone there in the first place, but I guess her bitterness and betrayal altered her soul and she got sucked in to hell instead of seeking out peace. I loved how you ended this whole story though, and it was well worth the wait! I’m also happy you’re continuing with your other fic, ‘cause you know I adore that one too _

Now onto the Animé Music Video’s – I’m obsessed with them, I have 28 Inuyasha video’s and if you count the one I downloaded last night that’s 29 0_o; yeesh! But it was so good, it used episodes where Inuyasha was human and the flash backs where he was a child. Return to Innocence by Enigma was the music and it’s one of my favourites – It’s a shame about the firewall! Do’h! – Oh and talking about Inuyasha anime episodes I managed to order volume 6 now! So I get to see 91-102 now too, I’m so happy I got the subs, I do like the dub, but the subs are much better in my opinion! So I got what you were talking about with the Monk that confronted Kikyo _~ (plus that I’ve changed my whole perception on the undead priestess)

Ok..let me see now. if you want my honest opinion, i think that the idea of having kagome somehow reclaim the remaining part of her soul from kikyo is the perfect thing to do. at least, that's what i see happening at the end of the anime/manga. i can picture a final confrontation between the two mikos and maybe at the end of that confrontation (or showdown, depending on how one looks at it) the two somehow fuse into one another..what i'm trying to say is that kikyo goes back into kagome and both are finally at peace. you see my friend, what a lot of people forget whilst caught up in the anime and/or manga is that, essentially, kagome is kikyo or the kikyo that once was.. people seem to be getting confused into thinking that the kikyo that now merely exists (a cold lump of clay simply kept alive with a shred of hatred as a soul) is what she was 50 years ago. We should all be aware of the fact that that is not the case. They are one person, no matter how many names they carry. We can even say that it was kagome 50 years ago..my point being that they are the same person. Do you see where i am going with this? i have no doubts that you do. This is why i suggest the idea of a "fusion" between the two. We need to be reminded of the fact that they are one being except that kagome is missing a final peace of her soul. she needs it back. it's up to you to write this out but i have faith in you! now get to it!:)

Inuyasha has a soft spot for Kikyo, so I don't think he could really hurt her. On that same logic, Kagome wouldn't be able to really hurt her, because it would hurt Inuyasha. Perhaps your answer is the best - to have Kagome "help" Kikyo see what her heart knows?

I believe Kikyo should have some sort of hardship but thanks to my recent AMV (Anime Music Video) downloads obsession with the darn things! I'm getting to see loads more sides of Kikyo, i don't watch the Anime all tho i have backordered my imports from volumes 1-5 taking me up to episodes 95 so i should be up-to-date with the anime asap - I read the manga and Kikyo is in-fact dead (again) so in a way Inuyasha is free once more thanks to Naraku, so whatever you decide to write i'd be happy with _ but Kikyo does need a butt kicking from Kagome not going to far but like you said "An eye for an eye" Kikyo mislead her and Kagome nearly lost 's not something you'd take lightly and say "Oh well, i'll get over " lol we're talking about Kagome's life! i do have a heart and understand what Kikyo was trying to do not that she's acting the way she would if she were alive now that would be different, wouldn't she be taken a whole different out look on the Kagome Inuyasha front? shot Inu, she died, she came back - but without a soul she wasn't truly alive - I like the idea of Kagome reclaiming her soul - I also like the idea that Inuyasha could at least let Kagome and Kikyo know that he loves them both but in different ways and neither are replacements in his lonely heart. He doesn't or hasn't thought of the both of them being as ONE since his first encounter with Kagome so i say he should set Kikyo free and allow Kagome to take a hold of him. Which in the last chapter he just about confessed everything _

i think the eye for an eye thing could work. yes it might be a bit extreme on kagome's part, but what if she either recieves help or the others do it themselves? or have kaeda go through several spell scrolls to take ALL the souls from kikyo and allow it to go wherever its suppose to go, leaving the empty husk to be buried? (she is dead after all.)

anyway, hope to read the epilogue soon! XD

that I do understand, but you really didn't make her seem that weak, Kikyo sold that deal pretty tight, and that would have made anyone think. But Inu shouldn't have let her off that easy for messing with Kagome's head like that, but hey, all in all not bad not bad at all.

kindda sad it's coming to an end though, but as they say all good things come to an end, but this wasn't good, it was GREAT! your characterization was on the dot, and again you didn't make Kagome seem weak, I really think that would have been how she would have reacted to Kikyo's lil mind twister.

anyway, I've rambled enough, great job and get the epilogue out ASAP!

what a happy little reviewer i am.. :) i'm in a very bittersweet state of min right now for two reasons: 1- i'm glad that things have turned out for the best but 2- i'm sad that the story is about to end. it was an absolute pleasure; i'll be waiting for the epilogue!
