Holy flippin' pancake! I'm shocked. Shocked I tell you. This story was beyond beautiful! Your writing is just exceptional. Not to mention, everything was perfectly detailed, all at the right times. I especially loved the fact that you didn't actually state what became of their friendship/relationship. Despite the very obvious hints, and Mikado's absentminded confession. I loved it. Even though you never really gave the actual reason and cause as to how Shizuo appeared there. Then again, I don't think anyone actually cares about that. Including me, although I would've liked to know. (Well, I like knowing stuff, whether or not it directly concerns me, so that's not really surprising.)
And I can sympathize with Mikado.. Many times people tend to forget who the main character actually is and the main focus of the story. /sighs/ It's kind of irritating to be honest. /grumbles in annoyance/

On the other hand, I have to admit, this was truly an unique fiction. I never expected it. Honestly. And I've never been more pleasantly surprised. The ending itself was just excellent. It left us with positively giddy feeling of elation, and an irresistible urge to laugh. So, I'd say awesome job there! /chuckles/

Beautiful, just beautiful! I love the ending, they said the exact same lines as they did when they first met. Uooh, I could see them doing it, so soothing and giggle-triggering. I guess Mikado will really will have Shizuo's hand, how euphoric!

Ahhh I loved this! But now I'm curious l, just how exactly did Mikado rewrite the ending? Where was Shizuo this entire time? Did Izaya end up in the real world after all (or was the audio thing done by Izaya?)? This was an amazing story!
