Some century some author is gonna grow a brain and have Minerva tell ol' Fumblemlort the delusional to stuff his stupidity about leaving Harry with obviously unfit carer givers and take Harry with her as she leaves him standing there in the cold! Sorry if you feel this is an insult but frankly JKR and most of the other fanfic authors aren't intelligent enough to realize Minerva is too smart to simply allow that old fool to just leave a baby with obviously abusive guardians! It should be beyond obvious that Fumblemort is lacking in intelligence! He simply doesn't care about anyone but himself! You disagree? Then ask yourself why he would endanger ALL the students of Hogwash by repeatedly allowing the Wraith of Riddle into the school? Is the forest near the so-called school called the Forbidden Forest or not? Yet he sent two first years into it at night with no real protection! He kep0t the so-called school open even after several students were paralyzed. He could've gotten the Mandrake Root Potion from some other part of the world but didn't. Even though he was the Chief Warlock of the Wizengamott he ALLOWED the Minister for Mismanagement to place Dementors around that so-called school. He FORCED Harry to compete in the Tri-Wizards Tournament even knowing Harry couldn't have crossed his Age line. Knowing Harry was underage so legally couldn't have entered anyways! So senile or incompetent, take your pick. Or you could simply change your view on him as I did and decide he is the Primary Dark Lord of the late Twentieth to early Twenty-first centuries.

I'm not sure just if this is the one I think it might be. If it is, then I started it once before but never finished it. Now this is an interesting first chapter. I'm sure that only Elric survived this encounter. It's also highly likely that not much of the small woodlands is still there. Not after that it's not!

Why did you stop writing this is an awsome story and it stopped so suddenly I would really appreciate if it was continued

Very nice! I think I've read the other version of this. It was good but this is better. Though it is similar to another fic where Harry becomes a Dragon. In that case he's black and named Jet. I'll have to read the next chapter to see if the similarities continue or not.

...This is not Harry Potter; it has NOTHING to do with it, other than your re-furbished OC being called such in the beginning. Completely AU from the canon lore and SOD-breaking; if the dragons are intelligent, there is no way in hell they get conquered. That handwave of yours was simply pathetic.

All in all, it isn't a bad fanfic, it's just completely irrelevant.
