Loved it! A very sweet Eclare fic amidst some angst. I hate Drew but didn't mind him in your story. I wish the show has handled the pregnancy more Iike your story. It was very well written and I liked that Eli helped Clare through everything and that they actually talked about Lenore and their long distance relationship. However, I really wanted Clare to tell Eli that the baby was his. I know it doesn't really matter since she had an abortion but it's satisfying that he wants to make it work regardless. I wish she had an abortion or had the baby in the show. The miscarriage just seemed so far along. Anyway, I love your story! Thanks for writing :)

Loved this story! I'm so out of the loop with degrassi that I never expected Clare to get pregnant. But this story is probably one of my favorites! Great job!

When I first heard about this story I was reluctant to read it. I've read all of your stories, I love all of them, but it took me a long time to find the courage to read this story. Mostly because the way this plot is unfolding on the show makes me so mad and though it was a stupid reason I didn't want to read this in part because I'm trying everything I can do to pretend this doesn't exist on the show.

I'm really glad that I took the time to read this though. Not only do you have such a beautiful way of capturing both Eli and Clare's personalities, but you have a way of turning what's a frustrating story into something of beauty. I really wish that this was the way this plot was being played out on the show.

The third chapter which might have been the most painful, was also the most beautiful. I appreciated and loved the way that you wrote Eclare's talk where they both brought up Eli's hook up with Lenore and Clare's with Drew. It was a scene I wish we could have seen on the show, but you did it way better than the writers ever could have.

I'm so glad that I took a chance and read this beautiful story. You, have an amazing gift when it comes to the written word!

I know I promised you this review a few days ago, I'm sorry that it took so long! But this was so worth waiting to reread and reread and figure out what I wanted to say about it.

I LOVE every moment of their talk. I love that you pointed out Clare's expectations of long-distance, which was something I didn't think about to be honest but you outlined it and it made so much sense. Also finally airing out the whole Lenore moment, and Lenore/Drew and what they meant to Eli and Clare, and how Eli knows their future plans are going to be shaky from now on but the ending note that they can make it work, even if they aren't ready to move in together by August and live out that perfect apartment life they both wanted.

And this might just be me but...I love the letter ) And the fading roses. And how Drew showed up in a suit, which might be my favorite detail of the whole story. Of course he would show up in a suit after it was all over.

I really, REALLY wish this was the way things were going right now, if only because it's what needs to happen. But also because it's better than the way things are currently going.

I know you had to push yourself through this story but I'm so glad you wrote it, and I really enjoyed every chapter. D

I'm not sure when you posted this, but man, it's solid. Not that I ever wanted a story about this situation, but if someone can handle it properly, it's you. This would be the way I'd like it to play out but I doubt we'll be that lucky. You did everyone justice and said all the things we've wanted them to. Bravo and congrats on the baby

As beautifully perfect as that was, it is so hard for me to sink into this plot line, even with a proper writer. I am still just so unbelievably mad about it. That said, this was the conversation I have wanted to hear for a while, and it was perfect!

It's so hard for me to read stories about this potential plot line because I feel like most people don't do it justice, but I really loved your story.
