I suffer from anxiety and depression so I can imagine what Odd is going through, and this is a theory that I had about Odd while watching the show.

It seemed like they forgave each other fast. I was kinda hoping they would do something like hug but again... that's the slash reader in me. LOL I'm a sucker for hurt/comfort scenes.

I enjoyed it. Had to read the whole story to remember what happened again since it was some time since the last update.

Took Me 3 Times To Actually Finish This Chapter. So Heartbreaking Yet Very Uplifting At The Same. Almost Got Teary Eyed. Almost.

Sorry, I'm not trying to hate or anything, but this chapter felt like a bunch of bullshit. I usually don't criticize, but this just felt so rushed. I would've liked more buildup. Not the angsty buildup, but having Ulrich slowly reveal everything. Not all at once. I've had my share of depression and shitty families, so it really hit close to home for me. I understand that when people get angry they let things slip. It's just that you don't really say basically everything at once. I'm really sorry if I offended you, but I just needed to get this out.

I like the portrayal of Odd and Ulrich. Odd being a cutter doesnt mean he has to be full of angst and sad all the time. The brotherly relationship that he and Ulrich share is cute. (sorry! I read a lot of slash, so I tend to like cute stuff even if there are no romantic relations. lol) If you do continue this, I'm interested to see how Odd and Ulrich interact if Odd ever finds out about Ulrich. :D

I really like this...like, wow. I love how helpful they're all being to Odd and just imagining Odd cutting is so depressing and not just because no one would expect it from him because he's so chipper and happy. Thank God for Ulrich, though. You wrote this really nicely; well done.

Perhaps you could do a series in the sense of pacing it slower? Start with Odd memories of his first time, and maybe challenges of him trying to hide his cutting from everyone? Maybe the other perspectives could get used in chapters to show some people having moments of noticing something with him? Just don't do what a story I read once that followed this headcanon did and have Odd ride his skateboard off the factory's rooftop because he felt he was making everyone else's lives too much difficult.

I'm not normally a fan of head canons, and I absolutely love this. Definitely worth the read.

I'm not sure what the last person who reviewed meant by "ooooohhhhhhhhh... kayy" but I personally thought that this was good. Short, but good. And I also wouldn't mind if you turned it into a full blown story.

There's a lot of potential here, and I particularly like the idea of Ulrich constantly asking Odd to rate how bad he's feeling. I'm not sure why. Maybe it's just that most people want to focus on what you feel rather than how bad it is, if that makes any sense, and Ulrich went against the grain on that, so it makes things interesting. Overall, this was great!
