Is this a one-shot? Oh, please continue this. I'd really like to see Merlin comfort Arthur more, be his support, give him understanding and acceptance that no one else could give him. It's a possible outcome to what would have happened had it been Arthur and not Morgana with this gift, with Merlin being truthful and trusting.

Brilliant idea! I love that Arthur has magic and Merlin can comfort him. I would really like to see a longer fic of this, changing the show into what it would be like if they both had magic.
