I love how you portray Sammy and Dean. The only thing is that I hate how mature Dean is; I know it isn't your fault- he has to be mature to take care of Sam, but I hate how John was just so absent in their lives, that Dean being mature was necessary. grrr oh well, fantastic story per usual!

This is such an adorable story and actually a really accurate representation of what it's like to live with Type 1 diabetes(the kind Sam has in this story). I was diagnosed when I was seven, and I know the fear of having to check your blood and give insulin shots daily, so this story made me really emotional. I would love to see a continuation or two!

This might sound weird, but did that song they sang while Sammy got his shot come from a commercial? I just saw a commercial for a children's cancer center where a nurse sang this little girl a song (like "Emma bo-bemma, fe-fi-fo-femma" ?) while she got her shot. Haha awesome story either way- keep going!

If I could, I'd put a picture that was sent to me. It says, "RIGHT IN THE KOKORO" and has a drawing of a girl with a big blocky arrow 'stabbing' her in the chest and she's tearing up...sounds violent, but it's the perfect representation of this. MY FEELS! OH. IM. AH. THIS.
