I absolutely adored this part of your story - it reminds me of the ComicCon interviews, when Robert Carlyle says he's actually playing 5 or 6 different characters on the show (each one has a different accent and a different mindset & body language) You've also included him as a child, which is very cool & rather important because the things we experience in the first 5 years of life shape us for the rest of our lives.

that was so wonderful! and it was nice to see the "heroes" treat Rumple like an actual family member (and treat him with respect, like a regular human being... which they hardly ever do anymore on the show) :-(
