   Ginger-Snapp chapter 37 . 8/8 Holy shit. Damn this was excellent. I so desperately want to know what happens and I want more. I love everything about it. I know you’ve been writing it a long time, and there’s definitely a lot that needs beta’d (lots of obvious typos mostly) but your grasp of narrative structure is startlingly good. Your understanding of how trauma works even better to the point where I think you must have experienced some yourself, because your description of finding that numbness, of lighting and fear and terror and haze all being me right back to my trauma years. I just...love this. I love this so so much. Probably one of the best VA fics I’ve read and while I know that there’s not like a ton of great stuff on this forum, it’s also one of the best Alternate Universes I’ve read period. And you’ve updated fairly recently so I hope you’re still working on this. It makes me want to get back to writing. I hope you finish this and then I hope you go back and clean it up.
